Built to precision standards with computer-aided machinery,
all our cabinets are built with thermo-fused melamine in two
thicknesses: 5/8” for backing, doors and sides and 1”
for top, bottom and fixed and adjustable shelves. Assembled
around a complete backing with dado groove joints around the
perimeter, our cabinets feature doors with complete clearance
so there's no need for a central brace, European hinges with
a fully adjustable 110º opening, extruded aluminum handles
and ultra-resistant PVC edge banding. They're sturdy enough
to handle heavy loads and withstand wide temperature variations
without chipping, warping or delaminating. The high quality,
solid construction of our cabinets means they can be bolted
directly into your walls. This means we can allow 6”
of floor clearance without additional support, which makes
clean up quick and easy. It also helps avoid damage from water-something
that gets sloshed around a lot in garages. Finally, with brushed
aluminum finish on the outside, which easily harmonizes with
the color of your walls and floor finish, and pale grey on
the inside, maintenance is quick and easy considering the
garage environment.
